Torrevieja boasts an extensive range of excellent holiday accommodation - good quality hotels, large modern apartment blocks, small family run "pensiones", self catering villas and camp sites.

Torrevieja also has several "aparthotels" where you can combine the freedom of self-catering accommodation with all the benefits of a hotel. One of the biggest is Cabo Cervera, on the coast, which has one and two bedroom apartments accommodating up to five people. This huge modern complex offers a good range of facilities including a big swimming pool, restaurant, bar, play areas and various entertainment and activities.
There are two registered campsites in Torrevieja both with a full range of services. The area's mild climate (with an average temperature of around 20C) enables the sites to stay open throughout the year.
The Florantiles campsite is on the coastal road between Torrevieja and the village of San Miguel de Salinas. The site can accommodate 639 visitors and provides a supermarket and other shops, a laundry, swimming pool and tennis courts. Pets are welcome.
Just to the south of the town, on the coastal road towards Cartagena, is Camping Campana. Facilities include a swimming pool, supermarket, bar, recreation room and children's play area. The site provides easy access to the beach.
There are numerous self catering apartments in and around the town as well as holiday villas with private pools. These are ideal for families and they often work out cheaper than a hotel as you normally pay a set price for the villa rather than paying per person.
Rent a beachside apartment, a villa with a view of the salt lakes and sea or one of the many villas available as holiday lets at Las Ramblas golf course, seven kilometres south of the town.
