The resort itself is made up of a number of condos that have a prime position directly in front of Kepuchi Beach. Surprisingly the condos are affordable and are regularly frequented by young couples and families looking for a bit of alone-time but who like the thought of having access to today's modern amenities.
All the condo rentals of the Paniolo Hale have the same type of design - a contemporary farm-like design that captures the "paniolo" culture. Wooden beams, hardwood flooring and a "south seas" finish, all work hand in hand to creating this effect. The units themselves are very roomy and have a fitted kitchen installed, not to mention that each one has its own private veranda that opens out on to a spectacular view of the island. Modern conveniences that are made available to guests include:
- Dishwasher and washing machine
- Cable television
- Ceiling Fan in lieu of air conditioning
- And a maid service that comes in once every week.
The Paniolo Hale Resort also offers a number of outdoor facilities; this includes a swimming pool, access to the Kaluakoi Golf Course and series of barbeque stations that are enjoyed by countless families all the year round. Tip: The barbeque areas are also a great place to meet people!
Because the resort also has its own beach access, guests can also try their hand at a number water activities including: surfing, body boarding, snorkeling, sailing, fishing and even a spot of ocean kayaking.
Guest should be aware that a minimum stay of three nights is expected, and this increases to a seven night minimum during the Christmas / New Year holiday period.
