Stay in the Palacio Ca Sa Galesa (www.palaciocasagalesa.com) in Palma, one of the most luxurious hotels in Mallorca, a converted 15th -century townhouse with views of both the old town and the sea from the rooftop terrace. Rural Retreats
To get away from the tourists on your Mallorca holidays, head to the central plains.
